About the Role
We are seeking a Project Lead for Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) to join our team at our main location in Cologne. You will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects within electrical engineering as part of building services.
Responsibilities
- Independent leadership and control of demanding projects in electrical engineering within building services.
- Technical and organizational responsibility for project execution across all service phases of HOAI.
- Development of innovative and economical electrical engineering concepts for new and existing buildings.
- Coordination of project teams and collaboration with specialist planners, clients, architects, and external partners.
- Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality throughout the entire project duration.
- Conducting technical coordination and planning meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Support in the tendering, awarding, and billing of electrical engineering systems.
- Point of contact for clients and project stakeholders on all project-related issues.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician or master (m/f/d) in electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in planning or project management of electrical engineering systems.
- Sound knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards and regulations.
- Experience in building services (TGA) is desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Economic thinking and a high degree of quality and responsibility awareness.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Confident use of MS Office and industry-specific planning software.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
