About the Role
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Canning Line Operator. This role offers a unique schedule working 3 days a week, paid for 40 hours while working 36, with a weekend shift premium. It's an opportunity to supplement income or build a manufacturing career, with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment.
- Monitor production performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Quickly identify and respond to equipment issues and production interruptions.
- Communicate mechanical concerns to Maintenance.
- Follow all safety requirements, GMPs, sanitation procedures, and quality standards.
- Support production needs through overtime when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of machine operation and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work additional hours when business needs require.
