About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding stock processing, stockroom organization, and achieve performance targets in a varied, fast-paced, and challenging environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, achieving performance targets.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management as needed.
  • Create an atmosphere focused on supporting, motivating, and inspiring the team to perform at their best.
  • Ensure smooth stockroom processes through continuous improvement, problem identification and solving, driving high stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Strive to ensure stock is available to customers as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and bring the team along with new objectives.
  • Great communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels.

  • Ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
  • Confident in dealing with people issues.
  • Effective multi-tasker capable of planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload.
  • Experience working to productivity-related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
  • Must evidence right to work in the UK.
  • Candidates must consider their own right to work options as sponsorship is not typically available for this role.
  • Must not have had an unsuccessful application for a similar role in the last 6 months.
