About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce team, focusing on redefining the customer experience in quick commerce. You will build technology that scales non-food offerings, reaches new market segments, and drives revenue growth. This role involves the full product development cycle, from brainstorming to usability testing, to propose design solutions for Partners Worldwide. You will lead design for newly formed Global Qcommerce Hub squads, bridging regional innovation and global standards within the Delivery Hero central product team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy in sync with product strategy and vision by collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
- Deliver production-ready, high-quality web and mobile user experiences using Figma.
- Become the voice of the user by bringing their narrative to the forefront of any product discussion.
- Promote design solutions and best practices within your team and across the organization, inspiring creativity, and challenging established thinking.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Designer with a strong web and mobile portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach and deep problem-solving understanding.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, specifically in heavy data B2B products.
- Experience with Figma's distributed version control tools is required.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading research initiatives and design initiatives.
- Advocate for design proposals through clear narratives and data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating effectively with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders to align on goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in a leadership and mentorship role is highly valued.
