About the Role
We are seeking passionate students or recent graduates for a Tourism & Operations Intern position at our Berlin depot. This role involves welcoming guests, facilitating road trips, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people, tackling challenges, and working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-office activities including customer service and sales.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, guest registration, and payment processing.
- Explain campervan functionalities, terms, and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
- Manage back-office operations, aligning reservations with available campervans.
- Prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
- Perform quality control to maintain campervans in top condition.
- Identify and address potential maintenance or repair needs.
- Support the team in monitoring stock and coordinating the campervan fleet.
- Troubleshoot operational issues.
Requirements
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess a work permit (if applicable).
- Hold a valid driver's licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Enjoy international environments and interacting with diverse cultures.
- Exhibit a natural talent for connecting with people and strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and comfort with hands-on tasks.
