About the Role
As Regional Director of Medical Spa Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of Viva’s growth, shaping its future as a nationally recognized brand for medical aesthetics and luxury wellness. Your expertise will ensure that Viva continues to exceed expectations, delight patients, and set industry benchmarks for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize operations across multiple med spa locations, delivering consistently exceptional patient experiences and long lasting results.
- Build high-performing teams and oversee the seamless launch of Viva med spa teams in new markets, maintaining our reputation for clinical excellence and patient-first care.
- Optimize the treatment menu and introduce new, revenue-driving medical aesthetic services that deliver results.
- Drive profitability by managing budgets, optimizing service mix, and maintaining a focus on both top-line growth and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the executive team to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, from sales targets to brand positioning and market expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire teams who deliver the uncompromising level of “unreasonable hospitality” Viva is known for, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and care.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in medical aesthetics with expertise in both the clinical and guest experience sides of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, optimize service mix, and implement treatments that enhance both patient outcomes and business performance.
- A thought-leader who identifies trends, capitalizes on market opportunities, and positions Viva as the gold standard of med spa experiences.
- Expertise in driving efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality, both in patient experience and clinical care.
- Passion for creating experiences that blend luxury, care, and results—where every detail and moment enhances guest loyalty.
- A leader who builds teams with purpose, mentoring and inspiring them to reach their full potential, while fostering an inclusive culture of growth, collaboration, and empowerment.
