About the Role
This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of electrical devices such as electricity meters, communication modules, and sensors within our network. You will be responsible for the associated cable laying and connections, ensuring proper commissioning of devices. While classic, physically demanding construction site activities are not part of this role, you will coordinate your assignments closely with our internal order processing.
Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of electrical devices like electricity meters, communication modules, and sensors.
- Laying associated cables and making connections.
- Installation and configuration of devices.
- Ensuring proper commissioning of devices.
- Maintenance, repair, upkeep, and scheduled replacement of devices.
- Blocking and unblocking of electricity meters as per order.
- Coordination of assignments with internal order processing.
- Documentation of activities, typically on Fridays, which can be done remotely.
- Occasional assignments outside of the designated area.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an electrician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience in similar positions or a strong desire to learn this field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient work approach.
- Willingness to undertake occasional assignments outside of your designated area.
