About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites.
- Participates in the development and assures compliance of Individual Service Plans.
- Interviews, hires, trains and supervises all approved direct care positions.
- Oversee residents' finances, medications and healthcare needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
- Valid NYS driver's license with 12 months driving history required.
- Bachelor's degree and previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Combination of education and experience that exceeds the standards of the program may be considered.
