About the Role
In this role, you will serve as the interface between operational excellence, targeted existing customer scaling, and smart guerrilla acquisition, aiming to conquer the streets of Berlin and represent a brand that is revolutionizing the B2B world.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular unannounced spot checks at existing B2B customers to ensure quality standards and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze on-site properties to identify potential for increased service frequency and sell the complete portfolio and consumables subscriptions.
- Develop B2B customer potential in the immediate vicinity of existing locations and generate qualified neighborhood leads.
- Support on-site teams, onboard new customers, and personally deliver the 'SWAG Box'.
Requirements
- First sales experience with a good sense for customer needs and no fear of approaching neighboring businesses.
- Keen eye for detail to spot unclean areas or unused potential at customer sites.
- Hands-on mentality, taking immediate responsibility for problems and calmly resolving challenges on-site.
- Valid driver's license class B and proven driving experience in Berlin's urban traffic.
- Negotiation-level German (C1/C2) and fluent English (B2/C1) language skills.
