Daimler Truck Financial Services Deutschland GmbH is the subsidiary for the German market. Responsibilities
- Processing applications, activations, and document review
- Checking all application/contract documents for completeness, correctness, and legal certainty, plausibility checks, and identity verification
- Requesting missing documents, including follow-up
- Carrying out contract activations
- Contract support, including end-of-contract support
- Processing all changes during the term (e.g., master data, adjustments, damages)
- Checking and implementing/changing in the Miles system
- Carrying out early or regular contract end settlements, including contract extensions
- Communication with sales representatives/consultants and customers
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training
- At least 1 year of professional experience in financing/leasing
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork and cooperation skills, high flexibility and resilience
