About the Role
As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the entire financial management of lawpilots and be part of the management team. You will ensure clear figures, transparent analyses, and professional reporting to management and investors. You will lead the finance team, further develop processes, and ensure profitable growth and readiness for audits and exits.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasts, monthly closings, and liquidity planning.
- Expand PE-compliant reporting, including KPI dashboards, cash flow, and unit economics.
- Ensure clean accounting processes and HGB-compliant financial statements.
- Prepare and support due diligence processes.
- Further develop finance processes, tools, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with management, investors, and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Several years of solid leadership experience in finance, ideally in SaaS and PE-influenced companies.
- Strong knowledge of controlling, forecasting, HGB financial statements, and SaaS KPIs.
- Analytical, structured, and strong communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a growth-oriented environment.
- Experience with ERP, BI, and AI-supported finance tools is a plus.
