About the Role
Join ]init[ to shape the society of tomorrow with digital solutions designed for people and with societal relevance. Work with over 1,400 employees in interdisciplinary teams across seven locations or remotely from anywhere in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Work primarily on digitalization projects with societal relevance for public sector clients.
- Analyze processes and propose digital solutions in close collaboration with clients and partners.
- Configure Low-Code platforms such as Pega, Appian, Outsystems, Mendix, UI-Path, and others.
- Support departments in system usage.
- Assist with the integration of external systems like user accounts, ePayment platforms, and specialized applications.
- Engage in documentation, testing, and continuous development of software solutions.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably in IT, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT implementation projects using Low-Code or RPA technologies, or comparable experience.
- Interest in developing model-based business solutions and applications.
- Proficiency in analyzing and digitizing processes, with strong client consulting skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and a high standard for quality in one's own work.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, with a desire to deepen this knowledge.
- Team player with excellent communication skills for problem-solving and complex challenges.
- Demonstrate initiative and a strong solution-oriented approach.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
