About the Role
As a Product Manager & Product Owner, you will be responsible for two agile development teams, guiding product development from prioritization to release. You will develop new products and features for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements, as well as business cases. You will leverage market and customer data, KPIs, and user feedback to make data-driven product decisions. You will also develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and other departments to successfully position new products and features.
Responsibilities
- Develop new products and features for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements, as well as business cases.
- Act as Product Manager & Product Owner for two agile development teams, managing product development from prioritization to release.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with Product Management, Design, and the development team.
- Utilize market and customer data, KPIs, and user feedback to make data-driven product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the global sales team and customers worldwide to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into concrete product requirements.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and other departments to successfully position new products and features.
- Monitor the performance of products and features and create monthly reports on key metrics.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in product management for SaaS applications.
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, software development, or a comparable field.
- Experience in data-driven product prioritization using KPIs, metrics, and user feedback.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry and technical understanding of energy sector monitoring and control solutions.
- Experience in requirements management for LLM-powered applications and agent-based platforms.
- Knowledge of data management, APIs, database structures, and login and user management systems.
- Experience with agile methods in software development.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret market data.
