About the Role
This role involves planning, monitoring, and developing test processes and technology for in-house production and production partners. It also includes advising development on test technology during new device development and implementing test specifications from development into series production.
Responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring, and developing test processes and technology for in-house production and production partners.
- Advising development on test technology during new device development.
- Implementing test specifications from development into series production.
- Conceiving, creating, and introducing test adapters/test systems.
- Creating automated test software and test hardware.
- Programming test systems (LabView).
- Supporting production at Knick and production partners in test technology matters.
- Commissioning test systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in the test field.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, or a comparable field.
- Experience in test technology for electronic assemblies and electronic devices.
- In-depth knowledge of software development and software architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages: LabVIEW, ideally also Python and C.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and structured approach to work.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
