About the Role
Punch Bowl Social is seeking bartenders who are passionate about craft beverages and can execute at a high level. Training will be provided, but key attributes include valuing guest experiences, having a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Experience in a high-volume bar is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences.
- Uphold the integrity of the beverage program with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service.
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards.
- Use Aloha POS for entering orders/processing payments.
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes.
- Wash all barware dishes.
- Rotate shifts as Bar Backs.
- Manage cash responsibly.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old and over.
- Value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Be comfortable talking with strangers.
- Understand the importance of teamwork.
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
