About the Role

Join SS&C as a Graduate Operational Transformation Associate to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic transformation programmes. Responsibilities

Support the delivery of transformation programmes and business initiatives.
Maintain programme and project plans and track key milestones.
Produce management information, reporting and programme documentation.

Track programme benefits, resource planning and capacity management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Graduated within the last two years, or due to graduate in 2026, with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.
Comfortable working with data.
Curious about AI and emerging technologies.
Enjoy learning new tools and ways of working.
Can think critically about improving business outcomes.
