About the Role
We are seeking two employees for our ABO Neukölln facility, starting either December 1, 2026, or January 1, 2027. This location offers various employment opportunities. Our team in Neukölln (near U-Bhf. Karl-Marx-Str.) looks forward to your support. The position is part-time, ranging from 31.2 (80% workload) to 35.1 hours per week (90% workload).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support participants in various employment programs.
- Guide and foster the development of visitors in different employment programs.
- Contribute to and advance the conceptual work within the project.
- Promote the social participation of project participants.
Requirements
- Completed training as an occupational therapist is a prerequisite.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Work experience is welcome but not mandatory.
- An accepting and open-minded fundamental attitude.
