About the Role
As part of our outstanding setting, you will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and our sequenced curriculum, supporting children’s holistic development. You will actively embed rights-respecting principles into daily practice, encouraging respect, empathy, and positive relationships. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Support children during key routines, including breakfast, after-school provision, play opportunities, and transitions. Participate in training and reflective practice, contributing to the continuous improvement of our provision.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Level 2 and Level 3-qualified Early Years Educator.
- Experience delivering high-quality practice within an Outstanding EYFS framework.
- A strong commitment to promoting children’s rights and amplifying children’s voices.
- Creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing curiosity and independence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
- This post is subject to enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references.
