Responsibilities
- Tackle complex technical design and launch challenges.

Requirements
- 10+ years of Full Stack development experience with languages like Java, Scala, Node, Javascript, or React.
- Deep experience in systems engineering at scale, including testing, reliability, security, and observability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with and mentoring junior team members.
- Consider customer impact in technical decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
