  • Coordinate assigned work across teams and promote adoption through user engagement, training, and support.
  • Utilize network planning tools, operational data, and analytical models to evaluate network performance and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance reviews to support management decision-making.
  • Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance partner network planning and management capabilities.
  • Support development of innovative solutions that improve planning efficiency and operational visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 2-5 years of practical experience in applied Data Science, Operations Research, Decision Science, or advanced analytics.
  • Hands-on experience applying predictive or optimization models to operational or business decisions.
  • Strong SQL, Python, data analysis, and visualization skills, with experience using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • Practical knowledge of predictive analytics, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
  • Operations Research knowledge or hands-on experience in optimization, linear or integer programming, simulation, network optimization, scheduling, or resource allocation.
