Responsibilities
- Lead the account strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year account plans aligned with customers’ strategic priorities, technology roadmaps, and Salesforce’s growth objectives.
- Build executive relationships: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-level and senior business and technology leaders, bringing relevant industry insights, technical perspectives, and compelling points of view.
- Drive business transformation: Translate customers’ business challenges and technology constraints into high-value platform, data, AI, and cloud strategies supported by clear business cases and measurable outcomes.
- Lead business and technical discovery: Uncover customer objectives, business processes, architecture, data environment, integration requirements, security considerations, and transformation priorities. Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential barriers early in the sales cycle.

- Communicate across business and technology audiences: Make complex technology concepts accessible to business executives while clearly communicating business priorities, value drivers, and commercial implications to technical stakeholders.
- Develop an Agentic Enterprise point of view: Help customers understand how trusted AI agents, unified data, automation, and human expertise can work together to transform customer and employee experiences.
- Orchestrate the account team: Align Specialist Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, partners, and global system integrators around a unified customer and solution strategy.
- Navigate complex sales cycles: Lead multi-stakeholder, multi-product enterprise opportunities from qualification and technical discovery through validation, negotiation, and close.
Requirements
