About the Role
The Analyst will support the Quota and Capacity Planning team by assisting regional Sales and Strategy teams through the company’s annual quota planning cycle and adapting to organizational changes. This role requires developing a deep understanding of the business and building relationships with Sales Leaders, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models to drive insights for regional strategy teams.
- Advise regional teams on the impact of go-to-market decisions on sales quotas during the annual planning cycle.
- Assist the Quota and Capacity Planning team in identifying opportunities for process and model optimization and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance with a focus on business analysis and insights.
- B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
- Power-user proficiency in Excel and ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven core values based on collaboration, transparency, equality, and customer focus.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with the ability to independently identify, frame, and address issues and make decisions.
