About the Role
Join our Sydney Network Operations team as a Casual Assistant Network Operations Coordinator, providing responsive, customer-focused technical support to keep our people and business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in a tech role within the Media Industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to teams across the country.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor systems.
- Keep studios and business systems performing at their best.
- Respond to incidents.
- Escalate issues where needed.
- Assist with upgrades, documentation, and projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a desire and commitment to achieving an Engineering or IT qualification.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer focus when dealing on an interpersonal level with internal customers.
- A passion for Radio and Broadcast Media.
- Demonstrate a passion and aptitude for Technology, Audio, Broadcast and IT.
