About the Role
AWS is seeking an exceptional Deal Execution Leader to drive consequential transformational opportunities across our largest enterprise accounts. This role focuses on closing $100M+ Total Contract Value (TCV) deals within a twelve-month sprint, operating at the intersection of engagement lead, business development, and complex deal orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive execution of a portfolio of mega-deal pursuits across APJC’s most strategic enterprise customers.
- Coordinate and drive day-to-day workstreams across 10+ internal and external cross-functional stakeholders through complex deal cycles.
- Support execution of Think Big during Prospecting and Qualification stages to identify transformational outcomes tailored to customer business context.
- Build and own customer execution lead relationships for rapid deal progression.
- Own daily stand up calls and weekly deal-room cadence, maintaining rigorous deal execution discipline.
- Prepare and support monthly business reviews for APJC senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic pursuits engagement management, enterprise sales or business development experience in technology, consulting or cloud services.
- Demonstrated track record of personally leading cross-functional engagements and closing $50M+ TCV deals.
- Experience orchestrating large, cross-functional deal teams (7+ stakeholders) through complex, multi-month enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 / Nikkei 225 equivalent enterprises.
- Fluency in Japanese language and Business level of English.
