About the Role
APEX-RoW Technology Solutions (ARTS) is seeking a customer-focused Business Intelligence Engineer to support FC operations through technology. This position contributes to cost reduction, delivery speed improvement, and selection expansion by leveraging Big Data from the Amazon Fulfillment Network. The role drives standardization, automation, and optimization through data analysis, data pipeline construction, and data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Support the resolution of FC operational challenges by proposing actionable initiatives through data analysis
- Build data pipelines and automate end-to-end processes
- Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Communicate thoughtfully with stakeholders to uncover their essential needs and propose the ideal solution
- Provide customers with best practices for data handling within the organization, and build mechanisms that maximize the value of data
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status updates
- Meet with internal stakeholders to confirm their needs
- Compile specifications and create design documents
- Develop BI analyses/solutions
- Learn about new BI technologies
Requirements
- 1+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
