About the Role
As a working student in the editorial department, you will support the processing of editorial articles across multiple platforms of the BILD Group, focusing on topics related to pets, DIY, fitness & nutrition, and travel. You will leverage AI tools and dashboards to analyze search engine ranking performance and assist in optimizing teasers and headlines. Additionally, you will help select visual and interactive elements to enhance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the processing of editorial articles on topics related to pets, DIY, fitness & nutrition, and travel across multiple platforms of the BILD Group.
- Understand user content expectations for high-quality journalistic contributions.
- Work with AI tools and dashboards to assess and analyze search engine ranking performance.
- Assist in optimizing teasers and headlines.
- Support the selection of photos, videos, and interactive storytelling elements to complement reporting.
Requirements
- Currently studying in media, communication, journalism, or a related field.
- Ideally possess an affinity for lifestyle topics and initial editorial experience.
- Understanding of search engine functionality, especially Google.
- Strong command of language and storytelling abilities.
- Fluent communication in German.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
