About the Role
As a senior leader within the Product Management Team for Qube at MRI Software, you will drive the definition, strategy, requirements, and delivery of new and existing offerings. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to prepare offerings for market success, focusing on delivering high-quality, innovative, and competitively differentiated solutions. Success requires market engagement, client collaboration, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced, unstructured, and remote-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and promote product line strategy and vision
- Discover and validate market problems and opportunities
- Ensure roadmaps are defined, priorities are set, and communicated
- Establish product feedback loops with customers and key business areas
- Manage a product portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle from design, development, and go-to-market
- Define and size market segments
- Ensure products have KPIs to track performance, including profitability, sales, and ARR
- Conduct win/loss analysis and competitor analysis
- Create and maintain business plans and business cases, including pricing
- Determine buy/build/partner decisions
- Develop, socialize, and maintain customer personas and journeys
- Position the product for all markets and buyer types
- Serve as a thought leader in market-facing and internal capacities
- Collaborate with pre-sales to ensure strong demos and keep business areas updated on roadmaps and new features
- Partner with Marketing to develop product documentation, marketing materials, and go-to-market plans
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide business/team updates
- Collaborate with team members to agree on meaningful objectives
- Coach and mentor the team as needed
- Ensure operational procedures are reviewed, developed, documented, and implemented consistently
- Continuously strive to improve the team
Requirements
- 5-10 years of working experience in enterprise software or market domain
- Proven ability to work with distributed leadership teams and cross-functional partners
- Experience with global business processes in the European region
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with proven ability to establish priorities and achieve results
- Very strong executive communication skills
- Business/entrepreneurial thinker
- Analytic & strategic thinking
- Solid decision-making skills in the face of imperfect data
- Strong planning acumen
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven experience interfacing with senior-level client personnel
- Background and experience in Product Management Best Practice
