This role focuses on managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and inventory to ensure timely supply of products and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely product supply.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiating delivery schedules, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Monitor open POs, backlog, delivery status, and inventory to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure product availability.
• Optimize inventory levels by balancing customer demand, supply availability, and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline PO and supplier management processes.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Experience in managing purchase orders.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to negotiate delivery schedules, lead times, and commercial conditions.
• Skills in monitoring open POs, backlog, delivery status, and inventory.
