About the Role
As a Consultant for Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering, you will analyze business challenges with clients, develop solution approaches, and ensure that ideas translate into real added value. You will moderate workshops, ask the right questions, create transparency between business and development, and always keep the big picture in mind.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and specification of business and technical requirements for digital solutions
- Moderation of workshops and coordination between business units, IT, and other stakeholders
- Development of business cases, solution architectures, and business implementation concepts
- Ensuring the quality, traceability, and feasibility of requirements throughout the entire development cycle
- Advising clients and product owners on the introduction and further development of data-driven, cloud-based, and AI-supported solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in requirements engineering and in the analysis of business and technical requirements
- Sound knowledge in the areas of Geo/GIS data, multi-sensor data, Big Data, and AWS
- Experience in creating user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for the development of digital solutions
- Experience in conducting and supporting business tests as well as User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as the ability to document complex issues in an audience-appropriate manner and coordinate with different stakeholders
- Willingness to occasionally support our clients on-site
