About the Role
Join ]init[ to co-create the society of tomorrow with digital solutions that are made for people and have social relevance. Work with over 1,400 colleagues in interdisciplinary teams across seven locations or flexibly from anywhere in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Realize Low-Code applications for the Public and Private Sector with high standards for user guidance, reusability, scalability, IT security, and data protection.
- Design and manage efficient, reusable solutions using Pega, Appian, Outsystems, Mendix, UI-Path, and other Low-Code products.
- Maintain close contact with Business Analysts and Project Management, advising on technical matters.
- Assess business and technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Integrate external systems such as user accounts, ePayment platforms, and specialized applications.
- Participate in the conception of IT strategies and target architectures.
- Document, test, and continuously develop software solutions.
- Take on additional responsibilities with increasing experience, including sales processes and consulting clients/partners on IT architecture.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in IT implementation projects.
- Experience in Low-Code development, ideally with technologies used by ]init[.
- Develop sustainable solutions with a strong understanding of problems, processes, and customers.
- Interest in developing model-based business solutions and applications; experience with BPMN is ideal.
- Team player with good communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional teamwork.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
