About the Role
As a member of Global Medical Affairs (GMA), this role aims to make a remarkable impact on patient care through scientific interaction and evidence generation, based on the Brand/Functional plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute MSL Action Plan based on the Brand/Functional plan.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) prior to product launch through scientific interaction and multi-channel communication.
- Provide accurate therapeutic area knowledge and scientific messages to KEEs.
- Gather Data Point Observations (DPOs) through scientific discussions.
- Coordinate Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS) following AbbVie's IIS process and new SOP.
- Collaborate with Clinical Development in-field teams to accelerate patient enrollment.
- Understand and execute actions from the Medical related iFTE playbook.
Requirements
- Must have an undergraduate degree in science or pharmacology.
- Masters in Science or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in Clinical Development, Safety department, or research.
- Affluent and accurate understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
- Drive for Results.
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High reputation among internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to appropriately express views on right or wrong.
- Capacity for well-balanced decision-making.
- Clear recognition and discipline regarding performance.
