About the Role

Collibra is seeking a Content Manager to join their Deasy Labs team. This role is the first dedicated writer for the Deasy team and will be responsible for defining how the market understands a new category. You will own the writing for all customer-facing materials, including ads, web, social media, video scripts, event graphics, technical content, and partnership announcements. The expectation is for all copy to be sharp, specific, and distinctly branded, serving as a competitive differentiator.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a steady stream of original ideas for content angles, technical posts, and social media hooks.
  • Pitch and prioritize content ideas alongside marketing leadership.
  • Write headlines, hooks, and body copy for all paid and organic ad campaigns.
  • Own and write all website copy, including net-new pages for AEO and competitive positioning.
  • Write organic social media posts and periodically ghostwrite for founders and executives.
  • Write scripts for short-form video content.
  • Write whitepapers, technical blog posts, and product explainers.
  • Write copy for event and field marketing materials, including booth graphics, collateral, and demo scripts.
  • Write messaging, press materials, blog posts, and customer-facing copy for product launches, partnerships, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of writing experience in tech, with a portfolio showcasing range across ads, web, long-form, social, and scripts.
  • Portfolio includes work for AI, data, or developer-focused companies (bonus).
  • Ability to articulate the effectiveness of copy.
  • Technical fluency to understand technical documents and product demos.
  • Experience writing for a developer or data audience.
  • Track record of writing for first-to-market products and inventing market language.
  • Comfortable writing about topics without established search volume.
  • Ability to take a one-line brief and deliver a finished asset with minimal feedback.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) for business challenges, outcomes, or workflows.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
