- Screen candidates, facilitate post-interview debrief sessions, and guide hiring teams toward making data-driven hiring decisions.
- Maintain a strong pulse on SaaS/Tech hiring trends in Japan, leveraging both direct sourcing methods and agency relationships to build robust, scalable candidate talent pools.
- Opportunities to support regional APAC recruiting initiatives and participate in cross-functional HR projects beyond talent acquisition in the future.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
- Fluency in Japanese (native-level or equivalent) and professional working proficiency in English to engage with local candidates and communicate with global stakeholders.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to try new approaches as the recruitment market evolves.
- Ability to track and analyze recruiting metrics to resolve pipeline bottlenecks and contribute to broader recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
