About the Role

Luxury Escapes is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the delivery of an ambitious roadmap for their Growth team, focusing on transforming global travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the development of a product vertical within the LE Ecosystem, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
Translate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goals.
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisation.
Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.

Requirements

Strong academic record.
Demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship.
Problem-solver who's willing to roll up your sleeves and find the right solution.
Experience communicating with management as well as engineering and design.
Passionate about building products that customers love and a customer-first mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly analytical and have a bias for action.

Skills

Experience building AI products including creating evals, managing context and latency vs accuracy tradeoffs would be beneficial.
SQL experience, including the ability to write and execute queries is beneficial.
Basic understanding of statistics to interpret and make decisions from A/B test results.
