About the Role
Renesas is seeking a motivated individual to join the Automotive MCU Strategy & Marketing team. This role is crucial for creating winning strategies and strong MCU products by analyzing market trends, understanding Renesas' position, and monitoring competitor movements in the global automotive MCU market.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the automotive MCU market by application segment to create reports on future market trends.
- Research and analyze Renesas and competitor positioning in the automotive MCU market, including market share and benchmarking.
- Establish Solution strategy (SW, Tool, and Eco-system) and Solution portfolio for Renesas Automotive MCU projects based on market analysis.
- Create NPI plans for solution packages for Automotive MCU products based on product strategy.
- Promote products and solutions, analyze results, and provide feedback for new product and solution ideas.
Requirements
- English proficiency for global communication with colleagues and customers.
- Working experience in the automotive electrical control arena.
- Good understanding of embedded system development workflows and tools.
- Basic knowledge of automotive MCU products.
