About the Role
Our Kita am Katharina-Heinroth-Ufer, near the Berlin Zoo, cares for 39 children in a family-like setting, focusing on individual development. Our educational approach emphasizes education for sustainable development, incorporating hands-on activities with crafts and music.
Responsibilities
- Provide educational care for children, focusing on individual motor, cognitive, and language development, as well as social skills.
- Observe and document children's development.
- Conduct educational learning activities, theme circles, and morning circles.
- Plan and execute celebrations, excursions, and projects with the team.
- Ensure appropriate and professional equipment and room design.
- Foster a partnership with parents and all individuals involved in the educational process.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
Requirements
