About the Role
We are seeking a leader to envision and drive the direction of document data infrastructure, considering AI utilization, ecosystem integration, and customer use cases. This role involves defining the optimal approach for document data at a high level, spanning design, verification, requirements management, and customer usage, and communicating this vision internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall vision and policy formulation for technical document data, with AI utilization as a premise.
- Manage design (technical specifications/verification/evaluation), requirements, and the relationship with software.
- Organize usage scenarios for how customers and partners will utilize document data.
- Lead discussions and explanations of the vision to internal and external stakeholders (customers and partners).
- Build consensus and drive direction by engaging relevant departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in envisioning systems and operations based on AI/data utilization.
- Perspective to view technical documents as 'data'.
- Communication skills to explain concepts and visions to internal and external audiences.
- Ability to think across multiple domains such as design, requirements, and verification.
- Knowledge of software ecosystems, MCU design, and tool integration.
- English discussion ability (TOEIC 700 or higher).
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
