About the Role
Jordan Health is seeking a Dentist to provide high-quality dental care to patients, restoring and maintaining dental health by diagnosing and treating conditions of the oral and maxillofacial regions. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Administer the highest quality of dental care to Jordan Health patients.
- Restore and maintain dental health by diagnosing and treating, operating on, or prescribing for any disease, pain, injury, deformity or physical condition on the hard and soft tissues of the oral or maxillofacial regions.
- Improve function and appearance of oral and maxillofacial regions.
- Ensure high-quality dental procedures are delivered to Jordan Health’s patients.
- Provide direct patient care and ensure quality provision of care.
- Implement a patient-friendly clinical service system that is responsive to the needs of all patients.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility in meeting financial targets.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in NYS.
- Provider BLS/CPR certification.
- Infectious Control Certification.
- DEA registration.
- Commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude and commitment to the goals and objectives of the dental department.
