About the Role
Join NSW's largest private hospital and champion smarter ways of working through technology, collaboration, and innovation. Work directly with the Chief Medical Officer in a trusted Executive Assistant role, supporting key medical leadership initiatives and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate key meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions for key medical governance committees.
- Support doctor engagement communications including newsletters, memos and updates.
- Assist with medico-legal and complaints processes, including preparing correspondence and legal liaison.
- Track actions, timelines and deliverables across multiple priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Support a digitally enabled executive office using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and emerging AI tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a complex environment.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills including confidence communicating with senior clinicians and executives.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and other digital platforms.
- Interest in AI and technology-driven process improvement.
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening committee meetings.
