Seeking an experienced Project Director to provide strategic leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of mission-critical data center projects from development through handover. This role involves managing complex stakeholder relationships, driving commercial performance, and ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for the successful delivery of mission-critical projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and operational readiness.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Drive commercial performance and operational excellence.
- Oversee multiple project teams.
- Provide governance and direction across all project phases.
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering hyperscale and colocation data center projects.
- Demonstrate ability of end-to-end program management.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of procurement, risk and quality practices.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and evaluation skills.
- Possess superior people management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, motivate and influence project managers.
