About the Role

This role exists to fix operational complexity within the product organization, enabling Product Managers (PMs) to focus on strategic work rather than process debt. The goal is to push the product organization forward by driving customer obsession and AI-native approaches, rebuilding PM workflows around agents and improving the product organization's internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the voice-of-customer program, centralizing and synthesizing customer feedback, support tickets, NPS, win-loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a centralized insights repository to convert customer learnings into compounding product knowledge.
  • Design mechanisms to capture field insights from sales, success, and support, feeding them into roadmap decisions.
  • Own and optimize the insight stack, roadmapping, discovery, analytics, and research repositories.
  • Evaluate, implement, and partner with Delivery to maintain essential PM tools, ensuring clean workflows and high adoption.
  • Define and instrument key product metrics, build dashboards, and assist PMs in interpreting data to drive outcome-based shifts.
  • Reduce time-to-insight by architecting connections between quantitative product data and qualitative discovery.
  • Partner with Delivery to support the end-to-end launch process, including readiness checklists, stakeholder alignment, enablement assets, and post-launch reviews.
  • Act as the connective tissue between product and commercial teams, providing clear visibility into roadmaps and releases.
  • Onboard new PMs, conduct training, and codify ways of working.
  • Develop and maintain product playbooks and templates to standardize team practices.
  • Own the PM career framework and competency model as the function matures.

Requirements

  • Five or more years as a PM, Senior PM, or product leader, ideally across B2B SaaS or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking, with the ability to diagnose specific friction, form hypotheses, test, and iterate.
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, build trust, navigate resistance with empathy, and drive change.
  • Fluency in product analytics platforms, roadmapping tools, research repositories, and discovery software.
  • Ability to integrate disjointed data sources and set up dashboards independently.
  • Sharp communication skills, including writing crisp executive memos and running punchy workshops.
  • Ability to translate product and tech complexity into actionable insights for commercial teams.
  • Experience building products and identifying the need to fix team workflows.
  • Analytical and empathetic approach to workflow changes.
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Understanding of scalable systems versus temporary workarounds.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a technical, data-intensive software environment.
  • Proven ability to run the full product lifecycle, including discovery, strategy shaping, product launch, and outcome measurement.
  • Strong customer instinct backed by regular discovery practices.
  • Comfort with data, including defining metrics, analyzing usage, running experiments, and using evidence for decisions.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence engineering, commercial, and executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building clarity through action.
  • Background in one or more of: Investigations, Information/Data Governance, Forensic Investigations, eDiscovery, or cybersecurity (Desired).
  • Experience with cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and API-driven product architectures (Desired).
  • Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native product capabilities (Desired).
  • Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies for enterprise SaaS (Desired).
