About the Role

This role is the first dedicated partner enablement hire, responsible for building joint sales playbooks, running training, designing incentive campaigns, and establishing measurable processes for a rapidly scaling fintech and payments platform. It offers high autonomy and a direct mandate to build a certification program and asset library from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build the joint sales playbook covering how the company and each partner sell together.
  • Define rules of engagement, lead handover, deal registration, and conflict resolution.
  • Run a recurring webinar program for partner sales and marketing teams.
  • Deliver in-person training at partner offices and industry events.
  • Build a certification path for partner sellers.
  • Design always-on incentive campaigns, contests, and leaderboards.
  • Own deal stage tracking across partner-sourced pipeline in the CRM.
  • Build the partner enablement scorecard and report adherence.
  • Turn pipeline gaps into training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience training salespeople who do not report directly to you.
  • Ability to get trainees to change their behavior.
  • Comfortable living inside a CRM, building reports, spotting dirty data, and explaining a funnel.
  • Strong project management discipline.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and work across time zones.
  • Ability to build a process from nothing and get other people's teams to follow it.
