About the Role
Lead a team within an Assembly Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards. Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production scheduling and production plan meet volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements.
- Identify deficiencies in the production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues with relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of production orders.
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 2+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
