About the Role
As an HR Generalist at Lambda, you will manage diverse projects and programs to establish, develop, and foster a great people experience from hire to retire. This role champions culture and employee experience, strengthening team member experiences throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Champion Lambda’s culture, mission, purpose, and values, ensuring they are reflected throughout the employee experience.
- Partner with the HR Generalist team to deliver a seamless new hire onboarding experience.
- Own and manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit interviews and ensuring a professional departure.
- Provide timely and accurate HR support through the JIRA ticketing system.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing, supporting activities, reviews, and issue resolution.
- Support HR compliance activities, including annual regulatory filings and reporting.
- Maintain required workplace postings, ensuring all applicable labor law notices are current.
- Partner with the HR Generalist team to administer employee leaves, workplace accommodations, and grievances.
- Support HRIS data integrity and employee lifecycle changes, processing data changes in Rippling and Workday.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or People Operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment.
- Strong working knowledge of core HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and processes, proactively identify next steps, and drive work to completion with limited oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
