About the Role
This role involves creating and managing various documents, including brochures and forms. You will also be involved in the planning and development of digital materials and collaborate with related departments. Responsibilities
- Create and manage brochures and other forms, including production and schedule management.
- Manage forms inventory and the form viewing system.
- Plan and develop digital materials.
- Consult and coordinate with related departments such as sales and compliance.
- Adapt to changes in job duties as directed by the company.
Requirements
- Experience in a financial institution (life insurance or bank).
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Respect for teamwork and perseverance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating sales materials or training materials is a plus.
