About the Role
In this role, you will be part of our Talent & Organization Community, opening new paths for clients. You will support national and international clients in all aspects of strategic personnel and organizational development, helping companies position their organization and world of work for the future. You will work on projects related to change management, HR transformation, and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Co-designing the transformation of organizations by analyzing organizational and HR structures and implementing transformation projects and large technology introductions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP S/4HANA).
- Understanding and supporting central trends in the world of work, such as digitalization (e.g., AI or cloud technologies), new organizational models, New Work, HR transformation, and talent and competency development.
- Supporting the design of learning and talent strategies or new HR solutions.
- Accompanying change management initiatives and communication by contributing to the development of change and transformation concepts within larger change programs.
- Supporting the development of change strategies, analyzing the impact on employees, and creating accompanying enablement and communication measures for clients.
- Learning step-by-step how organizations are successfully transformed and developed.
- Working on projects in the areas of HR, Talent & Learning, and Change Management and Communication based on personal suitability.
Requirements
- A strong Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Corporate Communications, or a comparable degree program.
- Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions, e.g., in consulting, HR, or organizational development.
- Enthusiasm for technology and digitalization topics (AI, SaaS, etc.).
- Enjoyment of teamwork, client contact, and projects in an international environment.
- Flexibility and mobility as is common in consulting.
