About the Role
This hands-on role is all about being in the heart of the action. You'll lead by example and oversee the delivery of exceptional service across Mee So, as well as our weekend breakfast service.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue
- All-round Food & Beverage knowledge, including barista and bar service skills
- A natural passion for leading by example
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Talent for multitasking while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to work flexibly across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Valid Australian working rights
