About the Role
The Group FP&A Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role provides actionable insights for senior decision-making, ensures accurate consolidation and reporting consistency, and drives continuous improvement of financial models and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of monthly and quarterly management reporting, including Flash reports, business reviews, and performance updates, ensuring accurate insights, high-quality analysis, and professional presentation for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with senior leadership and SBU teams to support Board-level reporting, preparing executive presentations and ensuring financial performance.
- Drive the planning and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly re-forecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring robust financial planning and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, FX impact assessment, and ad-hoc presentations, providing executive-ready narratives to support Board reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Support long-term financial strategy and liquidity management by involving in the Long-Range Plan development, building multi-year financial models with key stakeholders, and contributing to Group liquidity and facilities headroom reporting.
- Partner with FP&A CoE to enhance Anaplan reporting, automate processes, standardise templates, and ensure accurate, high-quality data consolidation and reporting alignment.
- Partner with FP&A CoE to deliver financial models, planning insights, and guidance across global FP&A teams.
Requirements
- Experience of providing comprehensive finance support to senior stakeholders at Group level
- Demonstrable experience of operating in international and multi-cultural organisations
- Experience working in matrixed, multi-country environments.
- Candidates should ensure they have the pre-existing legal right to live and work in the country where the role is based.
- Mobility / relocation / visa sponsoring support will not be provided.

- Strong Financial Planning & Analysis expertise, including managing planning/reporting calendars, consolidating budgets, forecasts and annual plans, and delivering robust Group-level variance analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in financial systems and analytical tools, leveraging data to generate accurate insights and support informed business decisions.
- Highly analytical with excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Effective business partner and trusted advisor, building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making, and balancing opportunities with risk considerations.
- Strategic thinker with experience improving reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, driving best practices and enhancing the quality of management information across the organisation.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.

Salary/Compensations
- £40,179 (Plus an additional £3,300 per annum London Market Allowance)
