Join our Inside Sales team and get free P&C license training with paid training time. Start your rewarding career today! As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls and warm leads
Consulting with customers on their insurance needs
Matching correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Representing the Liberty brand
Connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs

Requirements

2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
Must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed.
Employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.

Skills

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency

Salary/Compensations

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
