About the Role

We support our clients in the implementation of their business strategy through technology, covering digital transformation, IT M&A, and organizational agility. We develop technology strategies, enable clients to shape their business strategy innovatively and technology-driven, and advise on selection and implementation.

Responsibilities

Expand and prepare learning formats.
Coordinate internal learning processes.
Support agile experts in developing and implementing topics in agile transformations, digitalization projects, and agile project management.
Acquire knowledge in agile methods such as Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Develop creative solutions for projects across various industries.
Participate in joint formats and knowledge exchange within the Agile Young Talents Team.

Requirements

Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable fields.
Interest in agile methodologies, methods, and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify.
Interest in working with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Interest in communication and consulting.
Interest in developing learning formats and learning journeys.
Strong communication skills in virtual, international teams.
High solution orientation.
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working.
Confident demeanor.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Meticulousness.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
